Cross Team

A course designed to learn English while growing as a person.

Cross Team combines real language learning with a formative approach inspired by the core values of the BeLeader project. Through interactive group activities, real-life simulations, dialogue-based sessions and creative tasks, students develop not only their English skills but also their character, their emotional intelligence and their sense of purpose.

This course is built around three essential axes: self-awareness, empathy and purpose. Students learn to express themselves in English while discovering who they are, understanding others, and exploring meaningful questions about life, relationships and personal growth.

Throughout the sessions, students practise vocabulary, conversation and teamwork through exercises that encourage goodness, critical thinking, politeness, courtesy, cooperation and openness to transcendence – all while becoming more fluent and confident in English.
